How to Class up an Outfit With Cufflinks

No matter whether you are going out for a formal occasion or an informal get-together, or whether you are just looking for a great accessory to wear to the office, you can class up any outfit with a good pair of cufflinks.
First: Everyday cufflinks
A good pair of cufflinks can dress up your everyday business attire. Choose a simple pair with your initials or a set with enamel decorations or a colored stone that coordinates with your necktie. Perhaps there is a set of novelty cufflinks that relates to your business; if you work at a bar, for example, you could get a set of cufflinks shaped like martini glasses. Use smaller cufflinks for everyday wear, and save your biggest, flashiest cufflinks for formalwear and special occasions.
Second: Themed cufflinks
Some cufflinks are especially well-suited for certain events. A set of cufflinks decorated with dice or playing-cards, for example, could look great if you are going out to a casino, or even just for a gaming night with the guys. You can even find cufflinks with your team's mascot or logo for a classy accessory to wear to the big game.
Third: Large cufflinks for formalwear
Formal occasions are the perfect time to bring out your big, ostentatious cufflinks. Whether they feature precious metals, a large shape in gold or silver or just a colorful design that complements your tie or cummerbund, your larger cufflinks always look best on a tuxedo or formal suit. You can go with small and understated cufflinks for formal occasions, too, of course – a simple set of black enameled cufflinks looks perfectly fine for such outings – but if you want to show off the flashiest cufflinks in your collection, they look best when you look your best.
